Processing Time
All orders are custom-stitched. Processing time is 8–10 working days from the date of measurement for most orders. Designer + Aari combination orders may take 10–12 working days.
Shipping Partners
We ship pan-India via reputed courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, or equivalent). Tracking details are shared over WhatsApp once dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check the website for current offers.
Delivery Timeline
Standard courier delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2–3 days.
Chennai Customers
Chennai customers may also opt for self-pickup (arranged via WhatsApp) or home delivery at a nominal charge.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at picknstitchorders@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 89399 71095. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping may be arranged on request — contact us to discuss rates and timelines.
